PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS KM 21.097 COMPETITIVE NATIONAL RACE (BRONZE)

ITALIAN ATHLETES RESIDENT IN ITALY

Italian athletes resident in Italy who meet one of the following requirements can participate:

• Athletes registered for 2024 with companies affiliated to FIDAL born from 1 January 2006

• Athletes in possession of Runcard Fidal* (from 20 onwards - thousandth of age)

  * Runcard Fidal members must necessarily attach a competitive medical certificate for athletics issued by a certified Italian body valid as of 04/07/2024

ITALIAN ATHLETES RESIDENT ABROAD AND FOREIGN ATHLETES RESIDENT IN ITALY

Italian athletes resident abroad and foreign athletes resident in Italy, born on or after 1 January 2006, can participate. They must possess one of the following requirements:

• Be members of Foreign Athletics Federations affiliated with World Athletics or IPC (in this case they must attach a self-certification of membership when registering. A sample of the form can be downloaded from the ENDU website).

• Be a Fidal member through an affiliated company.

• Be in possession of the RUNCARD FIDAL (from 20 years onwards - thousandth of age) and submit a medical certificate

competitive certificate for athletics issued by a certified body valid until 04/07/2024.

FOREIGN ATHLETES RESIDENT ABROAD

Foreign athletes resident abroad, born on or after 1 January 2006, can participate. They must possess one of the following requirements:

• Be members of Foreign Athletics Federations affiliated with World Athletics or IPC (in this case they must attach a self-certification of membership when registering. A sample of the form can be downloaded from the ENDU website).

Be in possession of the RUNCARD FIDAL (from 20 years onwards - thousandth of age) and deliver a competitive medical certificate for athletics compliant with the tests required by Italian health legislation (medical examination, complete urinalysis, electrocardiogram at rest and under stress , spirometry) valid as of 04/07/2024. Sample of the form can be downloaded from the ENDU website.

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR NON-REGISTERED ATHLETES

REGISTRATION METHOD:
Group and individual registrations must be made solely through the ENDU portal by connecting to the website www.endu.net. No other registration methods are accepted.

Euro 25 for registrations and payments received by 03/23/2024
Euro 30 for registrations and payments received by 03/30/2024
Euro 35 for registrations made on Saturday 06 April 2024 (subject to the availability of bibs)

PAYMENT

Payment must be made online at the same time as registering on the ENDU website. There are no other registration or payment methods. The payments accepted by ENDU are:

• - credit card

• - Klarma direct transfer

• - bank transfer

• - Satispay

• - Bank transfer for groups: can only be used for a minimum of 5 members in the same order with a flat service fee of

  €5.00 per order

REFUND OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE AND TRANSFER OF FEE

Participation fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
The registered athlete, who is unable to participate, can:
- transfer his/her registration fee to another athlete until 03/30/2024 by paying €5.00 for secretarial fees. The change must be communicated via email indicating all the data required for the new member.
- transfer your registration fee to the 2025 edition (the transfer of the fee to the following year is only possible once)

REGISTRATION CLOSURE:

Registrations will close on 03/30/2024 or when 1500 members are reached.

VALIDATION OF REGISTRATIONS:

Registrations will be automatically validated by the ENDU platform. Once registration closes, a confirmation email will be sent with the membership status for each member and with the assigned bib number.
The list of those registered for each check will be periodically updated on the race website and on the website www.endu.net

BIB COLLECTION:

The bib can be collected at our office. station located at C/O CIRCOLO TENNIS MAGGIONI from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on 04/06/2024 and from 07.15 am to 08.15 am on 04/07/2024

DEPARTURE:
Piazza Giorgini (S. Benedetto Tronto roundabout) 9.15am competitive km. 21,097.

ARRIVAL:
Piazza Giorgini (S. Benedetto Tronto roundabout) maximum time 2.45 hours

COMPLAINTS:

Any complaints must be presented within 30 minutes of the presentation of the results to the Referee in accordance with current FIDAL regulations. The group of judges may disqualify athletes who do not pass through the detection points located along the route.

Sports clubs that make an explicit request via email to mezzamaratonadeifiori@detecht.it will be able to collect all the bibs of their members in a single solution. The name of the sports club and the ENDU order numbers or the list of names to be included must be indicated in the email 

TIMING AND INTERMEDIATE CHECKS:

The punching at the start and the chronometric and ranking measurements will be carried out by the Official Timer EVODATA and the FIDAL Judges, the final rankings will be validated by the FIDAL technical delegate.
The disposable chip will be applied to the back of the bib and must not be removed or folded in any way and must not be returned.

If the chip is tampered with, no time will be detected,

PATH:

The route is entirely flat (0 difference in altitude), very fast along the Riviera delle Palme, closed to traffic, route approved and certified FIDAL Category A currently being renewed

RESPONSIBILITY':

The organizers decline any responsibility for the physical fitness of the competitors and for what may happen to people or things before, during and after the race. In formalizing registration for this event, the individual athlete or the representative of each club declares to have read the regulations in their entirety published on the website www.avisarchitetturasbt.it and to accept them, to exempt the organizers from any civil or criminal liability for damage to people and/or things that may arise to themselves or to the people indicated in the registration forms or that may be caused by them, that the data communicated to the organizing company are true

Participation without bib and chip is prohibited. They are personal and cannot be transferred to others without prior authorization from the organization. Anyone without registration who participates without a bib and chip, as well as being held responsible for damage to people or things, including themselves, will incur sporting sanctions and those provided for by law for fraud (art. 640 of the criminal code).

PURPOSE:

As every year, part of the proceeds from the competition will be donated to charity at the FABBRICA DEI FIORI of S. Benedetto Tronto - a social cooperative that deals with youth mental health problems.

HOW TO GET:

• San Benedetto Tr. station at 500 m. from departure/arrival.
• A14 motorway from the south, exit S. Benedetto, from the north, exit Grottammare. CLOSURES ON THE SEA PROMENADE are expected from 7.00 am. We therefore recommend EXIT GROTTAMMARE also for those coming from the SOUTH and GO BACK ON SS16 DIRECTION SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO

VARIATIONS:

Any changes to the regulations, times, services and places, which the company reserves the right to make for reasons of force majeure, for changes to the FIDAL regulations or for better organisation, will be promptly communicated via the website www.avisarchitetturasbt. it. These changes will be agreed with FIDAL and FIDALMARCHE.

VARIOUS:

For anything not foreseen, reference is made to the specific regulations of FIDAL and to the laws in force on the subject. In any case, competitors will not be able to tamper with or reduce the race bib by hiding wordings and/or symbols under penalty of disqualification. It is forbidden to be accompanied by bicycles or other unauthorized personnel. All participants are required to respect the highway code. The race will take place in any weather condition.

AWARDS

The prize money and all the details on the prizes will be available on the website www.avisarchitetturasbt.it.
They will be rewarded with BB and/or prizes in kind to climb the clubs with a minimum number of 15 REGISTERED in the competitive race

RULES 22' NON-COMPETITIVE CITY RACES 09.15 am on Sunday 04/07/2024 (10,500 km)

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS IN PLAY AND MOTOR RUNNING EVENTS FOR ADULTS

Athletes in possession of one of the following requirements can participate in the 10.5 km recreational motor events:

• Athletes registered for 2024 with companies affiliated to FIDAL born from 1 January 2008

• Athletes born from 1 January 2004 in possession of Runcard Fidal

• Athletes born from 1 January 2004 in possession of an EPS card*

• Athletes born from 1 January 2008 in possession of a medical certificate certifying good health for sports practice

To register on site, it is mandatory to present yourself with a copy of the medical certificate of good health to be left on file.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Participation in the Event involves the processing of participants' personal data for the purposes and in the manner described in the Organizer's Privacy Policy. The data controller is the Organizer.

VIDEO-PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOTING

The methods of carrying out the Event include the creation of video-photographic recordings with the aim of documenting the event; among the services connected to registration for the Event, the Organizer also offers all participants the possibility of purchasing photos and videos of the Event in which their image is present.
The video-photographic recordings will interest all participants indifferently and will be published and made available on the website https://www.avisarchitetturasbt.it/ and on the ENDU platform (sites and applications) of Engagigo srl, to allow viewing, purchasing (if applicable) and sharing by the participants and the subjects authorized by them.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that, in consideration of the public nature of the Event, the object of the dissemination and marketing services of the video-photographic footage of the Event as well as the impossibility of selectively limiting the video-photographic footage, to register and To participate in the Event you must authorize the filming and use of your image in the manner and for the purposes indicated in these Regulations, as well as in the Release and Privacy Policy.

DETAILS OF PRIZES AND EXPENSES REFUNDS HALF MARATHON OF FLOWERS 04-07-2024

At the time of the award ceremony it is mandatory to show an identity document. The cash prizes will be paid gross of any tax withholdings (law 342/2000) and upon presentation of the tax code and self-certification referred to in art.25 paragraph 4 L.133/99)

THE MONEY PRIZES WILL BE PAID BY BANK TRANSFER AFTER THE RESULTS OF THE ANTI-DOPING TESTS, SUBJECT TO THE SIGNING BY THE BENEFICIARY OF THE SPECIAL FORM PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE. IT MUST BE THE WINNERS' CARE TO PROVIDE THE ORGANIZERS WITH THE CREDIT DETAILS FOR THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.

No cash prize (or similar case: generic value vouchers, bonuses, wages, expense reimbursements of any kind and for any reason) can be provided for athletes in the categories Rookies, Juniors, Cadets, Students, for "Runcard" holders. and “Runcard EPS

GROUP PRIZES:

The largest groups with at least 15 participants climbing will be rewarded with prizes in kind
